Serving and reaching out to some of the most marginalized people in the nation. These often forgotten poor are women with child birth injuries, such as vesico-vaginal fistula (VVF), vulnerable children with little or no health care and those with physical disabilities, such as polio, amputees and war wounded. Just as onboard a hospital ship, the West African Clinic and Fistula Centre and the New Steps Centre reach out to bring hope and healing.
