The 2007 African Amputees Nations Cup Football (Soccer) Championships. The tournament was played in the national stadium in Freetown, Sierra Leone, from 9 to 14 February 2007, and was won by Ghana, who defeated Liberia by a score of 4-3 in the gold medal match. Sierra Leone finished third.
